Intelligent IP are a UC and Managed Services provider, which means more annuity revenue as well as cross sell opportunity. For a similar story look at AMM's acquisition of IP Systems a few years ago.
The other thing Intelligent IP has is their big radio network in Regional WA. BGL's going to be able to deploy Wimax PoPs wherever they like on the network, and backhaul to their core network. The commercials are pretty attractive, it costs $250k to deploy a wimax PoP, you sell it as a managed service to a big mine or a regional city like Kalgoorlie and they'll probably cover your capex straight away with the connection fee. After that you have annuity revenue, punching out a new bill month in, month out.
