I totally agree about the drilling starting earlier and the share price will move very quickly. There is no doubt they want the options in the money. The $70m is crucial to their future plans. They will have an underwriter for the options but the deal will require a significant movement in the sp before the underwriting will kick in.
There will be severals outcomes come together at the same time.
