Many here have run out of patience with the company but that is the one commodity that is needed to play in this space. They have 15 DD discussions currently ongoing with some of the biggest names in the Bio space, so I for one am willing to wait to see where this leads. Remember if these companies are prepared to spend multiple millions on something, they have to sure the product and the business case stacks up and this will take some time.

Some here think that the CR means we are probably not going to see a deal on the table anytime soon (like this month for example) and I think that is an entirely reasonable assumption. The bargaining position of Suda would be greatly compromised if they where down to under 6 months worth of cash and the new CR gives them two years worth of money - so I can see their point here.

The shareholders referred to were large existing Insto's and family groups so it was never offered to Mums and Dads shareholders, this to me is an enormous vote of confidence and the fact it was heavily over subscribed, even more so.

So in conclusion what has changed, outwardly not a lot as they continue to work things through but they do have a clearer picture of what is required for Sud001 and Sud003 which is helpful. The other change is we can wait for longer now (even though many shareholders can't)

Artimist is back on track and is still very much in play

Do I sound a bit like we have heard it all before - yep we have - but nothing has occurred to my knowledge to say we won't have a good outcome here because no news in this space does not necessarily equate to bad news.
