Two years CBD? The last CR didn't even last 18 months and Suda did not conduct any expensive trials (if I remember correctly) in that time. Wher did all of that money go? Administration? I don't know. However, It appears that Suda will have to conduct some trials now. Two years of funding? I don't think so.
