Hey mate what are we up to 40 posts today on doom and gloom or is it only 30 ?

Whether the market goes up or down from here I don't know , I thought I knew but was wrong ,but mate how would u like to put a little wager on how one can make money from property in the next 6 - 12 months ?

I'll match whatever u want to put up as a bet , in cash ,but I want to add one further request and that is u lay off the doom and gloom until the bet is fullfilled either way and I won't make comment either . I'll just do the deal with receipts and either a purchase with a sale or purchase with an end valuation which I'll pay for less selling costs etc.

U wanna back your doom and gloom mate and say it can't be done or u wanna see me make a fool of myself if it goes pair shaped .

The deal will be I can make a minimum of a 9 % profit on one property deal within a time frame of 12 months and hopefully 20% but lets work on 9% . It will also be tax free .

How much would the bet be ? 20 bucks , 50 bucks ,1k , 2k , 5 k , 10 k , 100k , u name it mate and we'll lodge the cash with an independent person for the period .
