Hi Rampage,

there is no comparison between shares and housing.

When shares go up no one loses.

when house prices go up, the next generations of buyers suffers.

you only buy stocks when you want to take a gamble to grow your wealth, its a choice, you buy because you belive the company is going to do something which will grow the value of the share. there is no loser for every winner.

thats totally different to buying a house for a place to live. you cant sit it out like shares if its too expensive to enter. well you can but with cycles lasting 10 years its a long wait!!!
