This will not go to a referendum...The EU will turn the heat up on Poppenopulus and he will yield....The headlines in the local Greek newspaper (translated of course) will read "I TRIED" and Poppenopulus will keep his job and save face....An orgestrated event imo....
Otherwise.....he would probably have met missfortune by now..
