I guess I'm the exception that proves the rule (re hearts).

I rarely post outside the XJO. Usually I post twice a day - the morning and evening review. Plus I have the lengthy weekly report.

Sometimes I post something else - sometimes to chide a somewhat less than polite poster - sometimes to take exception to a post that I think is simply illogical or opinion where facts are available - sometimes in reply to questions.

But - on the whole I post much less than most other red hearts on the XJO thread.

So - I rarely post outside the XJO thread - and post less than most other red hearts on the XJO thread. Yet - somehow - I've earned a reddy.

I think that the red hearts are mainly earned over a long period of time for consistently sound posts.

Keep at it. Your posts are consistently sound. And if you don't get a reddy - no biggie. Contributing is what this place is about.
