as u know i am big cycles person as well...
i have it at aprox 31mths from low to low
but i know cycles are dynamic and can be shorter
or longer hence why i am not a big fan of
exact calculations of turning points...
usually a form of chart pattern confirms the trend
change and occurs around a major cycle low...
also i like 'alternation' in chart patterns so
im not expecting to see a replica of the jul 2010 low
and surrounding pattern...
