Some commentary in the past has suggested that IOH will never get a take over offer as it is too big (and the majors have the ore they need for a while yet).
Might the touted Glencore-Xstrata deal/merger bring a new, iron ore hungry player to the market? IOH was not mentioned in the mix of junior miners (as not in production obviously) however they do have some useful size deposits and growing.
The plot certainly does thicken.
