The question is will WHC take the Anglo mines..Will it be vendor financed ....or will 30% of Blackwater plus 30% of some or all of the Anglo purchases go into a structured basket to India's largest steel producer ,Japanese interests and other Asian interests ...and then will the much larger WHC mine be developed with estimated output of 17 million tons of Met- coal a year...with no debt on the books and buyers of the Met coal from all the mines structured into 20/30 years of great profits, wonderful cash flow and outstanding dividends.
We can be sure our Mr Flynn and the board will be right up to date with valuation ,cash flow and projected profits of a combined group..."If successful then I am afraid that $18/20: will be a considerable under estimate of the future share price"...and Mr Flynn and the board will have created an outstanding company...Now it's down to the price they have to pay for the Anglo Coal Assets and if the costs incurred can be converted to outstanding rewards ...and an outstanding return on equity!!??
Will the Bigger Bigger game be played and will it be a Bigger Better game? ...it's all down to the numbers and Mr Flynn is a numbers man!!
Who knows ? I await with bated breath ..for some very exciting news!!!
