butcherboy, technically you might be correct, it's just that there seemed to be an awful lot of supposedly qualified experts who believed that there were potential problems where there were none. If you worked in the IT industry then you would know that.
On the other hand there were also an awful lot of level headed people with their feet firmly on the ground, who did not believe there would be any problems, but conceded that if any did arise they would deal with them at the time.
Does anyone know how much was spent around the world employing experts to fix non existent problems?
