My version of what they told me is below.

“Comes into play @ 15% and investor must report for each additional 1% after the 15% limit is reached

Must report within 5 working days of 15% being reached --- or within 5 working days of each 1% change thereafter.”


--- Must admit my proposition of a competing bid looking a little doubtful today --- but you would think someone must be holding 15% --- otherwise where the hell are those shares traded since late October.
