-they DON'T have M inder $50M. it's $110M.
-they DON'T have better or even similar infrastructure rolling to their door,
-DON'T have an experienced work force at hand.
-DON'T have a top rating soverign risk situ,
-DON'T have the top class management AVI does,
-DON'T have the largest iron ore mine on earth right next door,
