    Did anyone see this in the Issue of Shares – Appendix 2A and s708A Notice yesterday?

    the Company is currently in early-stage discussions with a group regarding apotential Joint venture on one of its projects and this will include a strategic placement.The Company also has an exclusive option over a tenement package to conduct atechnical due diligence. There is NO guarantee that any of the above will eventuate.
