if they want to waste time and shareholder money that would be a great thing to do. Other applicants would apply over the top and object to the gameplay, plus the objections from the landholders, plus the need to start anew on the heritage.
Every company in this region including the majors enter into heritage deeds and build the relationships. Are you suggesting that cash-strapped TMX should run some kind of test case and not have access while the surrounding companies increase in value? management need to consider the shareholders and not just their own political beliefs.
