Plenty of other small caps with 2 to 3 times our SOI and not near as much opportunity or even field activity but much higher SP, so I wouldn't be to stressed about dilution.
Capital raising is standard at these levels, but not many take the retail guys along with the same opportunity offered to the insto's.
