ObeeCobee...I would hope that once WGL becomes more cash positive and is accepted as a reputable service provider under Government Regulations that they lobby all the relevant government departments for strict compliances/enforcement by others in the industry. If need be then eventually bring the matter before the ombudsman.
Going over old ground again.....I have always questioned the issue as to whether the Co ever received or asked for a Senior Counsel's legal advice as to whether the Co really needed to go through with the Gov't law process and costs associated with same in the first place.
