Dear Surveillance,
Please investigate the late appearance of a fake seller of TWO MILLION SHARES AT FIVE CENTS in the stock ANTEO DIAGNOSTICS (share code ADO), which was put on between 4.07pm and 4.09pm, and stayed there till seconds before the 4.10pm cutoff time, the match price was 5 cents due to the fake seller, he tried to draw out more sellers obviously, BLATANT MANIPULATION. The shares closed at 5.2 cents, the tactic did not work on this occasion, it wasn't through lack of trying.
