Not sure how many shares they have right now but it looks they have kept buying after their notice of becoming a substantial holder.

Sub holder ann (03/11/16) shows that they bought 15,700,000 shares but the top 20 as provided by @Master Burrows (11/11/16) shows that they had increased their holdings to 17,307,010 shares.

I am guessing that they are still accumulating and will provide a change in substantial holding notice shortly.

We all saw what they did with PLP (0.004c to 4.0c).
