Unless they are expiring this month or the next month or two then they don't count in my book, from what I know they expire September 2017 I think and 2018 for others.

So undiluted is what I and most look to especially for the near term.
Otherwise if you include the options then you also have to add the cash which would add significantly to the RMX cash balance which would make the fully diluted MC look tiny.
