In regards to graphite unless they have outstanding numbers the market will ignore as the aim
With all commodities that are 3 plus years is to get as low as possible on the cost curve. This is the same with lithium. Hence the excitement on the ULI project as it could be potentially a world class project. This is what will hype the stock. Hence keep in mind unless one is about to have near term production where current metrics are easier to factor in the metrics, the med to long term projects need to show potential to be world class in low cost. Anything short of that as it creates uncertainty and the market doesn't rate it.
