I just use ComSec mainly for un leveraged equities - and no bull crap . The only thing it won't let you do is put an order too far from market .

So I can't put a sell ASN at 20c

But u can put a contingent sell trigger at limit for when the price reached say 18c

It's like an auto condition that then attempts to put your order in at certain price triggers

Get another broker IMO - if they don't get basic function working for the stocks you trade in.

Only word of caution is avoid/ take care the smaller boutique brokers / care with margin lender accounts.
Do we all remember - GFC - was it opus prime ? They had a condition in fine print that all equities of all clients were held in a pool. And if a large margin call hit one client in a market crash they could cover with the pool. In essence , someone else's fool hardy investing in doggy do - ruined a conservative investor in Bluechips . That's how I recall it anyhow .
