News is long overdue on the following and could drop any day now, which would explain the strong buying in XST recently;

1. Borba multi TCF gas well (XST working interest - 24%)

Key points from Gary Jefferies interview on 31 August;

- Currently tying up a few loose ends on Borba
- Borba drilling expected in the next month or so
- Borba independent resource assessment should be available in next couple of weeks
- GJ "My excitement is growing"

2. Acquiring a producing Asset

In the June 2020 XST Quarterly report it says the following;

“New venture opportunities are being reviewed in line with the Company’s strategic objectives to secure a producing asset”

They have been looking at acquiring a producing asset for a while now, and with the new Board in place hopefully they are close to getting a deal over the line soon.
