This is half true, we saw the selling today of SGC and XST which was just a sophisticated sell off. This is inevitable but I like to look at it as a chance to buy at the discount (without taking on the risk that is involved for a sophisticated investor)..

The reason that I say half true is because the majority of those doing capital raises are in it for the long run. So the flipping should be over and done within a week from my experience.

I don't think many IF any will sell at 0.002 as the raise was at 0.0025. The only people selling at 0.002 will be people that need the cash or people that don't know any better..
