The fundamentals are exactly the same as when XST was trading at 0.004. The raise had already been completed and was waiting for allotments to be sent out.
This is not likely a leaky ship... It is just off selling from the cap raise.
The best thing to do with accounts like Good Oil is to mute them unless they give any factual proof. Usually they are just fear mongering to a) troll people or b) have their buy order hit before their sentiment suddenly changes..
