They need to issue 900 million plus shares to fund the acquistion.. so they will be 1 billion market cap.. at a 90c price.
Plus add on, BHP takes all the cream (the high met coal period) and leaves the spoiled milk for SMR... and don't forget 800M + in debt on that...
