Obviously hugely dependent of coal price outlook going forward, but the majority owner wouldn't be taking up all their rights, (probably taking up a large shortfall) and backing the debt, if they thought this purchase was a flop.
I will be very interested to see where the share price gets to during the rights period and how close GEAR (and related parties) get to 90% of shares on issue.
