this is CRAZY!
ok the AUD is going higher and they have big biz in the US, but EPS of 24 gives a PE of 10
why wouldnt any1 go for the divvy now???.
Being a 'buffet style' company, how much lower can it really go????
good divvy; good earnings - they managed 25% growth despite a huge surge in the AUD and higher higer-end type claims. thats very inpressive; PE is only 10. This is one of the best companys on the ASX and has classic buffet-like fundamentals. Loom at EPS, EPS growth and most importantly ROE, NTA and Rerurn on Assets.
its been overdone
it shouldnt go to a PE less than 10, as you know itll be one of the first to come back when things get better.
im dipping in more now to get more of the divvy
dont care, coz ill just get the divvies and at PE 10 im not sop scared of significant further downside. Ill collect the divvies and look forward to it coming back with a vengeance once thew market outlook gets better.
Right now its about divvys, and the price will sort itself out anyways in the future as QBEs gonna be round forever.
