How would posting facts be trolling? Another fact is the bears think property is massively unaffordable and people are struggling-yet this shows many are more than 2 years ahead in repayments.
If I wanted to troll I'd just make something up and post a unsubstantiated claim like the Bears always do...'I have a mate who....blah blah blah"
