    Bowen came unstuck and was actually heckled when he couldn't come up with a price of the educational costing beyond 4 years. And he sounded ridiculous claiming a surplus. These guys are out by 33b in 11 weeks and he reckons he can forecast a surplus of 1b in 10 years. lol
