All Ords have now fallen 33%
so many stock trading below assett value!
end is near I think, over next 6 months we will see this credit problem tear through the housing market with Propertie investors starting to bail out.
More money that is lost in credit, the more home loan rates will rise like we have seen. This will start to push the sell button then on the housing market.
With property investor cashed up from the last 10 years of good run, where will they want to invest their money? I think cheap under valued stocks will be the go.
