NEW YORK (MarketWatch) - U.S. stocks rallied on Tuesday, lifting the Dow Jones Industrial Average by over 150 points, as investors extended a recovery in Asian markets and the dollar overnight, spurring hopes that markets can regain some of the massive losses suffered over the past week.
