im not sure what im talking about here but there is something to do with atmospheric conditions here in oz that will not allow full speed like other countries ..
Im out of town wont get broadband so the government gave me a sat dish and everything for free around $6000 worth to have broadband so they have already injected millions into this cyber technology already..
