My prediction is Minister King will just say how aweful it was that the Liberals couldn't get their act together and make a decision etc etc, hopefully she flames the hell out of the Liberals/Nationals in her submissions of how "they" handled the decision making process. Enough to make the decision void? I don't think so, but we will see.

There is a possibility the Labour party might be happy to waste tax payer dollars throwing this case in order to make the decision to quash PEP-11 themselves.
