Lets have no vechichle safety laws, drivers liscences or road laws. People drive without licences today and speed in unroadworthy vehicles. So lets give up on that.
And since people get killed, why have murder, manslaughter or assault.
Its a *** argument. Depending on the impact regulations have (never perfect) and seriousness of the issue a certain amount of regulation should be reached.
I suspect you overlooked the part where I said that possible regulation is greater than i support. The point is it is still constitutional. You have no rights to own a gun by a fair reading of the US constitution. You are however supported to join a well regulated militia.
