The deal for the new business has not been settled yet so that may have something to do with the lack of information. Below is an exerpt from the "Shareholder Update" from the 28/5.
"The company advises that discussions with respect to settlement of the Data Services Business continue with the vendor. The vendor has informed Tennyson that the Data Services business is performing to budget. The company is continuing negotiations with its bank to raise the necessary funds for settlement, on terms acceptable to the company and its bank."
