Good to see you agree with John Howard on something Davo.
A carbon tax should be replaced with low carbon energy subsidies - and not by slugging the working taxpayer who already feels like a screwed up chamois, but by re-allocating funds from 'feel good/look good subsidies that do nothing except get votes from stupid people. (people who can't be bothered thinking)
This stupid solar cells subsidy is the most costly per tonne of carbon. Stick that money into proper base load green energy. Nuclear.
