Oh yes it does - they already flipped on US crude not being exported - they can set things up like they did with Iran in 2011 which was the real reason the POO got over $100 - how many have forgotten about that - the US sanctions took well over a million barrels a day straight out and the timing was right when the US shalers were just beginning and needed the higher POO - over time the Saudis lost market share to the US - now down over a million barrels a day so they kept production up to flood the market which was opposite to what the US had tried to do with sanctions on Iran - so in the end the US gave up on sanctions on Iran to the great annoyance of the Saudis...
Game of thrones - there is so much happening just behind the scenes in the world and the US is the number 1 puppet master like a long line before them going all the way back when Olive oil was worth its weight in gold to the Roman empire and the fun and games that happened around that.... there is nothing new but technology but the games behind the scenes are always the same and would make Machiavelli proud - god bless the Roman/Byzantine/Holy Roman/English/US empires - emperor Trump next?
