What am I missing here?
I am wondering if AIZ is looking at a merger or to be taken over. The fact that they have distanced themselves from Corbin holdings saying they did so to grow their own business. They have now given back all that money to shareholders to dilute company. Someone has been holding down share price too so I wouldn't be surprised to see a big announcement in the next month.
