    G'Day Asteroider are you in or out of this thing? Last time we swapped posts you were out.

    I've been in and out of this for some time (in at the moment) and hoping for a decent short term trade. Anything chart wise - if you have the time?

    Fundamentally it looks O'k - well as good as any commercial REIT can at this stage of the economic cycle. Gearing is down and Cohen and Steers Inc still have their 6.98% stake along with CBA (5.3%) and ING (7.44%)
