I think the biggest rort in all of this was that current holders were never given a look in at the 1 cent shares.

I only hold 100k, so my loss is quite minimal compared to most, but I really do feel for the larger holders who had to sit back and watch this company basically taken from under their feet without them having any say in the matter at all. I'm quite certain a lot of current holders would have taken up the shares at 1 cent, even with the risks attached, to enable them to substantially average down.
