I stated the warning on the TLS thread on Hot Copper circa July 05, when I joined. I posted the same warning on 2 other share forums earlier in 2005.

If a takeover of TTS does ensue (quite a bit of 'smoke' in the market without a 'fire' ? - but time will tell - it always does), your members might have a somewhat different view of your newsletter.
