you assume no safety issues for B-cell therapies....
I can assure you that big Pharma with its big investment and its corrupt lobbing practices would bury any competing therapies regardless of their merits unless the competing therapy was a cure. You don't appreciate the power and viciousness of the US industry. They don't give a damn about people only dollars. Sick people are their bread and butter from whom they extract the max.
