In response to your query, I think points 1 & 3 are the main concerns that are holding investors and potential investors back. While PRT can manage Point 1, the government and opposition really need to start taking action relating to Point 3 otherwise we will reach a tipping point from which there is no turning back.

Its a shame to see PRT at such low prices (I guess there is some bias here ) because this company is probably one of the better media companies going around and are definitely worth a lot more.

The only good thing about the current situation is we can pick up more cheap stocks before the market realises the gem hidden amongst the rough.
