With JORc so close, I doubt there will be a raising based on Platinum as they are looking to spin the company off, hence some sort of capital raising will happen with the spin-off.

I feel this will similar to TRF, smart money got in early when the company hinted what they had, then JORC hit and it doubled, however this JORC should be bigger in value
