I guess a reasonable question for Mr Rudd might be: "what do you think would happen if you stood on the roof a high building in any major city and dropped millions of dollars in cash on the passers-by, to be clear, would you expect the traffic to keep flowing and the pedestrians to keep walking or would you expect major riots and car accidents"
Mr Rudd panicked and started tossing money away as if it was coated in the Black-death and now the electorate has to bury its dead.
