finally saw a clue!! see MDA ann. 11/11 (note to self; do much more research before i buy)- they have had extensions to the $80m facility agreement with some conditons still not met & due 31/12...if they still don't achieve then they are subject to accelerated payment ...so this is probably why they did the cap. raise of $90m; to cover that risk, not to go hunting for target for t/o.
