Correct. Never been been a fortune teller.
My statement(s), some time BEFORE ConCourt decision, was that something smelled. This was evident from the sp performance, as well as lame (boarderline misleading conduct) excuses for missed deadlines.
It is obvious that at least some insiders believed that the outcome had a high potential to be damaging to NKP, despite the drivel(which loyal shareholders lapped up) from PL and MM.
I've believed, well b4 Concourt that many insiders would have exited if liquidity permitted. Trouble is that the insiders could not sell to eachother and there were not enough loyal shareholders to absorb a dump.
One symptom of self delusion is the selective filtering of information, which seems a frigtening behaviour of loyal NKP shareholders.
Seems that the penny has still to drop for some.
