With a positive court case, BFS and JV NKP would have been trading at $1.30 according to the DJ Carmichael valuation and based on Garatau alone. If we wind up with Garatau when the Court cases are over we will still have a DJ Carmichael valuation of $1.30, with a JV.

If we progress with more than Garatau, (+Tubatse) the sp would climb after the Tubatse project/BFS is in place.

If we progress with half of Garatau (or equivalent) we are looking at half of $1.30 with a JV (X or Anglo etc), are we not? 65c, or another 30%?

I agree, "The big thing is trying to work out how much NKP own of the farms after the BEE fest. 50% +". We can then know what the sp should be, but I would reckon it will end up being higher in the mid term, than 45c.
